1st Grade Classroom Lessons

First Grade R.E.A.C.H. Lessons are more personal and social skills based.  We still talk a lot about emotions and feelings but focus more on things like how to handle big feelings, our PBIS character traits, social skills like cooperation and how to show empathy to others, and careers! Some months, I use the Little Spot of Feelings series by Diane Alber.  This is similar to the Little Spot series we used in Kindergarten, but dives deeper into more specific feelings.
